CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy- We understand life happens sometimes and you may need to cancel your appointment. Sweet Soul Artistry kindly asks you provide a 24 hour warning. It is company policy that all clients give us a 24 hour notice to cancelling an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Late Policy- We kindly request that you arrive for your appointment 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time. This ensures you have time for parking, finding the studio, and using the restroom. All appointments are allocated a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive later than the 10 minute grace period it will be considered a same-day cancellation. Refund Policy- At Sweet Soul Artistry, all services and deposits are non refundable. Gift Certificates are also non refundable.
